Applicants should have basic Chinese skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and are required to provide a chinese proficiency certificate such an TOCFL, New HSK, or relevant Chinese language certificate. 2. Applicants have to provide at least one of the following English proficiency certificates (such as IELTS 5.5 with every section rank no less than 5.0/TOEFL-ITP 500/TOEFL-CBT 173/TOEFL-IBT 61/GMAT top 70%/GRE top 70%/TOEIC 650/GEPT High-Intermediate or above) which were taken within the preceding two years, or provide the transcripts of English courses taken before. 3. Applicants from English-speaking country (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and United States of America) or have studied and earned degree in these countries are not required to provide the English proficiency certificate, but have to provide their diplomas as proof.
