1. Applicants should have basic Chinese skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2. Applicants are required to provide Chinese language proficiency certificate. 3. Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide an English proficiency certificate (such as TOEFL-iBT 71/ TOEFL-CBT 197/ TOEIC 600/ IELTS 6.0 GEPT higher -intermediate or above). 4. Applicants are required to provide an autobiography in both Chinese and in English. 5. The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicants whose previous degree is from an English-speaking country (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or the United States of America), but the applicants have to provide their diplomas as proof.
