1. Each applicant is required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate and shall have basic Chinese skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2. Each applicant is also required to provide an autobiography in Chinese. 3. Each applicant from a non-English speaking country is required to provide an English proficiency certificate (such as TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS or GEPT). 4. The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicants whose previous degree is from an English-speaking country (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or the United States of America), but the applicants have to provide their diplomas as proof.
