1.Applicants should have sufficient Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and are asked to submit a Chinese proficiency certificate (such as passing TOCFL or HSK). Those who do not have the aforementioned certificate are asked to provide documents sufficient to prove Chinese proficiency, Chinese handwritten autobiography, and proof of learning Chinese for at least one year. 2.Applicants from non-English speaking countries have to submit at least one proof of English proficiency test within the past two year (such as TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.), or a certificate of English proficiency enhancement courses. 3.The certificate of English proficiency may be exempted for applicants from Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and United States or have studied in the aforementioned countries and have obtained a university degree or above.
