1. Applicants should have sufficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability in Chinese. 2. Applicants are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate (equivalent to TOCFL Level 2 or above). 3. Applicants from Chinese-speaking communities or countries (eg. Malaysia, Singapore), or have studied and obtained a diploma with full Chinese-taught programs can provide the official school /university statements and waive the Chinese proficiency requirement. 4.For master program applicants, online interviews will be arranged if needed. The online interview details will be notified by the department.
