1. The applicants should have the basic Chinese skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 2. All applicants are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate (TOCFL or New HSK or a relevant Chinese language certificate). The Chinese proficiency test (TOCFL) should be, at least, leveled as A2. 3. All applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide an English proficiency certificate-English proficiency test should be, at least, leveled as CEFR B1 level and/or above. 4. An English proficiency certificate is not required for an applicant whose previous degree is issued by a school in an English speaking country (such as, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or the United States of America, etc.); however, he/she has to provide his/her diploma as proof. 5.For bachelor applicants, online interviews will be arranged if needed. The online interview details will be notified by the department.
