1. Applicants should have fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability in Chinese, and are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate (equivalent to TOCFL Level 2 or above or new HSK level 4 or above) , or credible documents that demonstrate equivalent Chinese proficiency. 2. Applicants are also required to provide an autobiography in Chinese and it is better if it is hand-written. 3. Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide English proficiency certificate. English ability test should be CEFR B1 or above. 4.An online interview will be conducted with bachelor applicant who has passed the document review and based on the scholarship application requirement. Those who passed the document review but fail to participate the interview will be deemed to give up the NCKU scholarship.
