1. Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide English proficiency certificate (such as TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS or GEPT). English ability test should be CEFR B2 or above. A. Minimum TOEFL score of internet-based at least 72 B. Minimum New TOEIC score 785. C. Passed the first and second stage of GEPT(General English Proficiency Test) High-Intermediate Level or above D. Overall band score of IELTS 5.5 or above。 2. The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicants whose previous degree is from an English-speaking country(Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or the United States of America) but the applicant has to provide the diploma as proof. 3.An online interview will be conducted with master applicant who has passed the document review and based on the scholarship application requirement. Those who passed the document review but fail to participate the interview will be deemed to give up the NCKU scholarship. 4.An online interview will be conducted with the Ph. D program applicant who has passed the document review by the department.
