Malaysia, Singapore), or have studied and obtained a diploma with full Chinese-taught programs can provide the official school /university statements and waive the Chinese proficiency requirement. 3.Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide a English proficiency certificate, such as TOEFL iBT, IELTS or TOEIC. A. Minimum TOEFL score of internet-based at least 61 B. Minimum TOEIC score 650 C. GEPT (General English Proficiency Test) High-Intermediate Level D. IELTS 5.5, and every section rank no less than 5.0 4.For Ph.D. program applicants, online interviews are required to be admitted. The online interview details will be notified by the department.
