1. Please indicate if Chinese is your first language, if not, you are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate (TOCFL level3 or New HSK level5 or relevant certification above CEFR level B1). 2. Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide an English proficiency certificate.(such as TOEFL, TOEIC or IELTS). English ability test should be CEFR B2 or above. 3. Applicants are required to provide an autobiography in Chinese or English. 4. The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicants whose previous degree is from an English-s peaking country (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or the United States of America), but the applicants have to provide their diplomas as proof. 5. An interview will be conducted with the master and Ph.D. program applicant who has passed the document review and is also asked to find an advisor in advance during the application. The online interview details will be notified by the department.
