1. Master's Program: Every applicant must have earned a first law degree. Doctoral Program: Every applicant must have earned a LL.M. degree. 2. Admitted applicants may choose one of the three Programs to enroll, the Public Law Program, the Civil and Business Law Program(including Financial and Economic Law), and the Criminal Law Program. Applicants must specify which Program they apply for on their "Study and Research Proposal". 3. Chinese proficiency certificate(CEFR A2 or above): Each applicant is required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate and shall have basic Chinese skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. For those whose native language is Chinese , please attach relevant proof. 4. Each applicant is also required to provide an autobiography in Chinese. 5. Each applicant from a non-English speaking country is required to provide an English proficiency certificate (such as TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS or GEPT). English ability test should be CEFR B2 or above. 6. The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicants who is from an English-speaking country (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or the United States of America), but the applicants have to provide their diplomas as proof.
