1. Most courses are conducted in Chinese with the usage of English materials. All applicants are expected to have basic Chinese and English language skills. 2. Applicants are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate. Chinese ability test (TOCFL) should be B1 or above. 3. Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide an English proficiency certificate. English ability test should be CERF B2 or above. 4. Applicants from Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and United States of America, etc., where English is the official language can waive the English proficiency test scores. 5. Online interviews will be arranged if necessary, and will be notified by the department.
