Applicants should have intermediate listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability in Chinese, and are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate (equivalent to TOCFL Level A2 or above) or other official certificate as alternatives. 2. The Chinese proficiency certificate is not required for applicants who is from Chinese speaking countries. 3. Applicants have to provide at least one of the following English proficiency certificates (equivalent to CEFR B2 or above) which were taken within the preceding two years.
