1. The applicants should have the basic Chinese skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 2. All applicants are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate (TOCFL or New HSK or a relevant Chinese language certificate). The Chinese proficiency test (TOCFL) should be, at least, leveled as A2. 3. All applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide an English proficiency certificate-English proficiency test should be, at least, leveled as CEFR B2 level and/or above. 4. Applicants from Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and United States of America, etc., where English is the official language can waive the English proficiency test scores. 5.For the bachelor degree applicants, an online interview will be arranged if needed. The details of the online interview will be notified by the department.
