1. Undergraduate program is conducted in Chinese. Applicants are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate TOCFL C1 or above, or other internationally recognized Chinese proficiency certificates of equivalent level. Applicants who meet the exemption requirements may refer to the regulations on “Application procedures and regulations” (p.81). 2.
