1. Applicants are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate TOCFL A2 or above, or other internationally recognized Chinese proficiency certificates of equivalent level. Applicants who meet the exemption requirements may refer to the regulations on “Application procedures and regulations” (p.81). 2. Applicants from non-English-speaking countries are required to submit an internationally recognized English proficiency certificate CEFR Level B1 or above. Applicants whose nationality is from English-speaking countries (limited to Australia, Canada, the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the US) are exempt from this requirement. 3.
