1. Applicants are required to provide a Chinese proficiency certificate TOCFL A2 or above, or other internationally recognized Chinese proficiency certificates of equivalent level. 2. Applicants from non-English-speaking countries are required to provide a English language proficiency CEFR B2 or above with a test taken within the last two years. Applicants from English-speaking countries (limited to Australia, Canada, the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and the US), or those who have obtained a bachelor’s degree or above in these countries, are exempt from this requirement. 3.
