International Degree Students Admission Application System

Welcome to the NCKU Fall Semester 2026 Online Application System for International Degree Students.


Before you begin your application, please make sure to read the following important notes:
1️⃣  Please confirm the application requirements of your intended departments/programs: Admission Prospectus for International Students 2026 Fall/ 2027 Spring
2️⃣  Application period for Fall 2026: December 20, 2025 – March 15, 2026 (Taiwan Time, GMT+8).
3️⃣  Application fee: NT$2,000 per applicant, and each applicant may apply to up to three departments/programs.

Application Procedures:
①  Applicants may register one account only (your email address will be your username). Applicants for dual degree programs should indicate your home institution.
②  Fill in all required fields in the application form to obtain your application number.
③  Upload all required documents in PDF format (see“Additional Departmental Requirements”in the prospectus).
④  Complete the online recommendation letter process.
⑤  Pay the NT$2,000 application fee.
⑥  Submit your application before the deadline.


【Important】Language Proficiency Requirements:
◾ For programs taught in English (marked with RED or GREEN dots): English proficiency certificate at CEFR B1 level or above is required.
◾ For programs taught in both Chinese and English (marked with BLUE dots): both Chinese and English proficiency certificates are required—TOCFL A2 level or above, and CEFR B1 level or above.
◾ For programs taught in Chinese (marked with BLACK dots): Chinese proficiency certificate at TOCFL A2 level or above is required.
Above are general requirements. Please refer to the admission prospectus for the specific requirements of each department/program.

⚠️ Reminder: You must complete the online application before the deadline, including the application form, document upload, and recommendation letter submission. Late submissions will be considered incomplete.
⚠️ Reminder: If the financial statement is not under the applicant’s name, a Financial Sponsorship Form must be provided, stating the relationship between the sponsor and the applicant and confirming financial responsibility for all expenses in Taiwan.
 
Additional Notes
◾In accordance with Article 7 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, NCKU may request applicants to provide authenticated documents verified by an ROC overseas mission, or by an institution designated or commissioned by the Executive Yuan.
◾NCKU does not authorize any external agencies to conduct admission services. Except for general promotion and required procedures for studying in Taiwan, all applications must be submitted directly through NCKU’s official application system.
