1.Applicants from non-English speaking countries have to submit at least one proof of English proficiency test within the past two year (such as TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.), or a certificate of English proficiency enhancement courses. 2.The certificate of English proficiency may be exempted for applicants from Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, and United States or have studied in the aforementioned countries and have obtained a university degree or above. 3. Applicants for the Master's program may provide any document for research achievement or relevant publications. 4. Applicants for the doctoral program must submit their full Master's thesis in English, relevant publications, and any document for research achievement. 5. Applicants for the doctoral program have to submit their undergraduate and Master's degree transcripts in English.
